Them Bones #1Posted by DaveB (Exeter, United Kingdom) on 7 September 2007 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio. I'm not sure exactly what creature these are from (I'm a geologist, not a Palaeontologist!), but it's definitely from a dinosaur! These are found close to the beginning of the dinosaur wing at the London Natural History Museum, and you walk past them on a raised walkway as you move further into the exhibit. It's a bit of a tricky place to shoot; you're on this narrow walkway, which is just abou wide enough to have two people pass, so if you stop for any length of time, you run the risk of aggravating lots of other visitors! Still, I like this one, the shadows on the wall really do something for me, and there's more to come over the next few days! As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)
