BouquetPosted by DaveB (Exeter, United Kingdom) on 30 January 2008 in Plant & Nature. 2 days after my sisters wedding, I was charged with taking some photos of my sisters bouquet; this is one of them! I've no idea what kind of flowers they are, white roses maybe? Constructive criticism (or just downright criticism!) is welcome and appreciated for all my shots! As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)

e. from New York, NY, United StatesBeautiful! Congratulations on your sister's wedding. :) 30 Jan 2008 7:03am @e.: Thanks E. Michael Skorulski from Cigel, SlovakiaIt's a super shot, Dave. The bouquet almost looks like it was fashioned from cloth because of the uniformity of the flowers. Lovely. 30 Jan 2008 7:04am @Michael Skorulski: Thanks Michael @martie: Thanks Martie MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomA really beautiful bouquet, a lovely shot Dave. 30 Jan 2008 9:30am @MaryB: Thanks Mary @Steven: Thanks Steven, It was taken on the black tiles in my parents kitchen! kevin from Irelandis this the boquet that Nicci forgot to bring to the church with her for the wedding..Well done excellently presented. 30 Jan 2008 12:18pm @kevin: The very same, It showed up for the reception though! Thanks for your comment! amy from Rocky Mountain House, CanadaNicely done Dave. But maybe a deeper dof would bring all of the flowers into sharper detail... maybe f11 or so? 30 Jan 2008 3:32pm @amy: I know what you mean Amy, I'm happy with the DoF but you can see a bit of discolouration in the flowers themselves at the edge of the flash. Again, this was the pop-up flash on my canon, which I reserve a hatred for! :) Judy from Brooksville-Florida,, United StatesThey're definitely white roses ... and a tiny hint of blush seems to show in the center ones. 30 Jan 2008 8:04pm @Judy: Thanks Judy Graham Russon from Cape Town, South AfricaGreat shot, and I have the same hatred for the pop up flash. You did a great job of capturing this, well done. 30 Jan 2008 8:56pm @Graham Russon: Thanks Graham, glad I'm not the only one!
