Jesus Saves?

Posted by DaveB (Exeter, United Kingdom) on 17 March 2008 in Art & Design.

This is a HDR shot of a tryptich painted by Hillary Goddard in 1962-63. Jesus is in the centre, while the unrepentant thief is to the left and the repentant thief is to the right.

P.S. Happy Saint Patrick's Day to everyone, especially to all the Irish Ex-Pat's who have to work on a day that should be devoted to parades and alcohol!

As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)

Wonderful. This is very well-framed as it is. Because of the dramatic subject matter, I'd love to see a tighter, closer view of the three.

Lovely shot, has a surreal feel to it. Like the natural framing of the pillars, good work.
