Exeter Cathedral #6Posted by DaveB (Exeter, United Kingdom) on 19 March 2008 in Abstract & Conceptual. Another HDR shot of the flags in Exeter Cathedral, and my least favourite of the lot. The colours turned out weird in this one! As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)

@e.: Thanks e. @Lorraine: Thanks Lorraine Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesToo bad the bright light from those windows obscured whatever is on those flags, esp. the blue-gray one. 19 Mar 2008 12:33pm @Viewfinder: I actually like the way the flags look, its the stained glass I'm not a fan of! pLusOne from Cheonan, South Korealooks like an over exposure shot. but framing is not bad. 19 Mar 2008 3:26pm @pLusOne: Thanks pLusOne Graham Russon from Cape Town, South AfricaGreat shot, the colours on the glass seem a bit cartoonish, interesting effect. 19 Mar 2008 7:21pm @Graham Russon: Thanks Graham MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomThe colours are a little unusual but they are still quite nice, the part I like most is the semi transparent flags with the windows behind, it shows their age beautifully. 19 Mar 2008 11:12pm @MaryB: Thanks Mary @Ale Triskele: Thanks Ale amy from Rocky Mountain House, CanadaI like the light coming through the windows and the detail of the stone around the windows. Otherwise, it doesn't pull me in. 20 Mar 2008 1:24am @amy: I know what you mean Amy @Stunner: Thanks Stunner |
