The Scott Monument

Posted by DaveB (Exeter, United Kingdom) on 10 April 2008 in Landscape & Rural.

This is the Scott Monument, which is dedicated to a famous scottish author.

In a moment of vanity, I decided to look at what google images threw up for this monument, and I think my pic stands up well against most of them!

As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)

That is one magnificent monument, I love the way the top is piercing the blue sky. A great angle on this shot Dave.
