More BluebellsPosted by DaveB (Exeter, United Kingdom) on 23 May 2008 in Plant & Nature. More macro work, you can tell I spent some time playing in this area with different lenses. I love discovering new techniques! As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)

The colours are gorgeous against that black background. Just wish the flowers were a little sharper. 25 May 2008 3:15am @amy: I know what you mean Amy. As soon as my flash pops up, my camera goes to 1/200 and the biggest possible apeture, meaning a tiny DoF for my sigma! I'd love to use it with different settings but I haven't fugured out how yet! Need to dig out my manual or buy a stand-alone flash! |
