This is the first of a few shots I'll be putting up of these guys, who were easy to get close too; in their section, you can buy cups of nectar to encourage the birds to land on your hand, so they don't mind you getting up close and personal! This is pretty much as shot, so they really do live up to their name!
As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)
