I know penguins don't go quack, but this shot reminds me of when Homer talks to the penguins in the Simpsons (can't find a youtube link, so you'll just have to trust me!)
Anyway, I like this one, but am curious, too much B&W, or does it look alright?
As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)

A little on the dark side, (could be my monitor) but still a great shot of these penguins going about their daily buisness.

Great capture and composition. The bw works, but perhaps a bit lighter/softer.
