Ghost Town

A single tone-mapped image of the barracks at South Queensferry; the truck in the background (which slightly ruins the shot!) is from Edinburgh Museum, they use this area as storage.
As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)

Oh wow, and oh no the truck does not ruin the shot, on the contrary, my first thought was, you can't leave this ghost town, the truck won't let you, I love it....full of drama and possibilities, bravo Dave :)

@Lorraine: Nope, truck uins it, I wanted no signs of civilisation, and they literally pulled up just as I was about to shoot!

I don't think I would have noticed the truck had you not pointed it out as this is just an amzing image, the light and tones are incredible, wonderful work!

I didn't find the truck overly intrusive here, it somehow just blends in with your superb treatment. A relly good job, Dave!

Nicely done Dave...interesting choice of buildings...what are/were they exactly? Funnily enough, I've recently wandered around some old derelict buildings for inspiration...coming up soon.

Magnificent shot, it is just like a painting. The truck looks too modern for this scene Dave, did you consider cloning it out with a nice big clump of tree ?
