At Minehead

Posted by DaveB (Exeter, United Kingdom) on 17 December 2008 in Landscape & Rural.

Taken at Minehead earlier this year; this is a HDR image with 2 different processing stages, one for the sky and one for the foreground (after Dave Nightingale at Chromasia pointed out wot an obvious idea this was). As far as I can tell, thats a weather station up there!

As always, comments are welcome, particularly those offering feedback and criticism on my images! (It's the only way I'll learn!) :)

Perfect HDR Dave ! I love your sky... perfect for me !
What software are you using by the way ?

17 Dec 2008 12:01pm

@zOOm: Thanks zOOm, I normally use the photomatix plugin for photoshop. I've had some interesting results with the merge to HDR command in PS, but it takes a really long time, especially with a slow laptop! :)
